How your data, health data included, is collected, used and protected.

What this site collects
The contact form collects your name, your email address, your phone number and the content of your message. That data is used only to answer you.
Do not send medical information through the form
The contact form is not a secure channel under the standards that apply to health data. Please do not describe symptoms, medical history or treatments in it. For anything medical, call the practice or book an appointment.
Your dental records
Your treatment record is kept separately, in the practice software hosted by a certified health data host. It is covered by professional secrecy and kept for twenty years from the last procedure, as the regulations require.
Online booking
Booking is operated by Doctolib, which is its own data controller. Data entered on their platform falls under their privacy policy.
Retention periods
Messages received through the form are kept for twelve months, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object. Write to hello@voltaire-dental.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
