Floss: before or after brushing?
Interdental brushes and floss reach what the brush does not: the surfaces between the teeth, roughly 40 % of the tooth surface.

Do you really need a check-up every six months?
The right interval depends on your risk of decay, the state of your gums and whether you smoke. For many adults, once a year is enough.
