The practice works on sector 1 agreed fees: routine treatment is charged at the rate set by the French health service, with no extra billing.
Sector 1
Routine treatment — examinations, scaling, fillings, extractions — is charged at the agreed fee. Nothing on top.
100 % Santé
For crowns and dentures, a “100 % Santé” option at no cost to you is always offered alongside the others.
Written estimate
Required as soon as a treatment exceeds the agreed fee. It sets out the procedure, the material, the price and the amount reimbursed.

Filling a cavity
70 % reimbursed — the fee depends on how many surfaces are treated
Root canal treatment
70 % reimbursed — the fee depends on which tooth is treated
Crown
Written estimate given before any treatment — several options are presented to you
Extraction
70 % reimbursed by the French health service
Children’s orthodontics
Written estimate before treatment starts — prior approval required from the health service
Emergency: pain or injury
70 % reimbursed by the French health service
The amounts shown are the base fees used to calculate reimbursement. What you pay yourself depends on your top-up insurance. The practice bills the state share directly and, depending on your policy, the insurer’s share too.
